HDPE FITTINGS

Our High density polyethylene (HDPE) fittings are manufactured in Italy in an ISO 9000 factory. Virgin stock is used in production thus assuring a high quality product. We maintain a comprehensive stock of moulded & fabricated fittings in standard sizes up to DN500. We can also supply special fittings up to DN1600 on order. In addition, we also have electrofusion and transition fittings in our range of products.

PVC FITTINGS

We are dedicated to providing our customers quality PVC fittings and valves meant for water, wastewater and irrigation purposes. Our off the shelf range of sizes and combinations will suit any design. The solvent fittings are available in metric sizes 16mm to 400mm and BSP ¼” to 8” with pressure ratings PN6, PN10 & PN16. Our fittings are durable, chemical resistant, tested and approved.

STAINLESS STEEL /DUPLEX/ SUPER DUPLEX PIPES, FITTINGS, FASTENERS, COUPLINGS

Aqualine offers a comprehensive range of pipes, tubes, plates, angles, flanges, channels, rods and fittings in various sizes, dimensions, material specifications and grades, Schedule 10, 40 & 80 and sizes: 1” to 60”.

Fittings: butt weld, socket weld or threaded fittings, including elbows, tees, reducing tees, reducers, end caps, etc.

All our material is certified and accompanied with Material Test Certificates.

MEMBRANES

Membranes are mostly used for removal of solids, colour, bacteria and hardness of drinking water in order to achieve potable water. Our association with reputed manufacturers and our engineering expertise enables us to provide membranes and that are fine tuned for the application requirement.

We offer these in a large range for both residential and commercial use. The membrane materials are of the highest quality and performance that can be applied for high and low brackish and sea water conditions and are available in 8” and 4” elements.
